Leflore Co. Rural Water 14 offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Bills are due on the first, late after the close of business on the 15th, late fees are added on the 16th. If the 15th falls on a weekend and you put your payment in the drop box during the weekend, and before office hours on Monday, no late fees are added.
How do I pay my bill?
Payments may be made at our office during business hours, or dropped in our night deposit slot (located on the front of the building), or they may be mailed. Bills can also be paid by automatic bank draft or click here to pay online. Payments can be made over the phone if you have your customer ID# which can be found on your bill under the website address at 877-885-7968. If you do not have your customer ID#, you can call our office at 918-962-3421 and we will be happy to assist you.
Is there a fee to pay by bank draft and how do I enroll?
There is NO FEE for automatic bank draft. We have an Authorization form that you can download and sign from this site (click here to see form), or one can be picked up in our office and sign authorizing RWD #14 to draft your monthly bill. We will need a voided check attached to this form. You will be sent a monthly bill stating “Bank Draft Do Not Pay” which will show you how much will be drafted from your account.
Is there a fee to pay online?
2.75% (+ $.50 on payments under $100.00)
RWD #14 does not receive any of this convenience fee it goes directly to the company that handles our online payments.
Why do I have a previous balance when I know I sent in my payment?
We may have received it after the 15th or we may not have received it at all. Call our office and we will help you solve this problem.
